Buffalo Chicken Wraps


  • ⅔ cup FRANK’S REDHOT Buffalo Wing Sauce or FRANK’S REDHOT Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • ¼ cup blue cheese salad dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Blue Cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas, heated


  1. Pour ⅓ cup Buffalo Wing Sauce over chicken in deep dish. Marinate in refrigerator 30 min or overnight.
  2. Grill or broil chicken 10 to 15 min. until no longer pink in center.
  3. Slice chicken into long thin strips.
  4. Toss chicken with remaining ⅓ cup sauce and blue cheese dressing.
  5. Arrange chicken, lettuce, carrots and cheese in the center of the tortillas, dividing evenly.
  6. Fold bottom third of each tortilla over filling; fold sides towards center. Tightly roll up to secure filling.
  7. Cut in half to serve.

Notes: To turn Buffalo Chicken Wraps into a party fave, cut wrap into 2-inch pieces and secure with a toothpick.
