Purple Red Cabbage Soup


  • shredded red cabbage
  • minced garlic
  • sliced onions
  • cubed tomatoes
  • water
  • salt
  • pepper


Add some canola or olive oil, add in garlic and onions, then followed by cabbage to allow it to soften. Add in tomatoes, mix well and let it simmer for a while. Add in water accordingly to make soup portions. Salt and pepper to taste.

Notes: Again sounds a little too simple and not too informative when it comes to portions and amounts… Guess I will just have to wing it. Maybe add a little cumin to spice it up or use either a chicken or a vegetable stock instead of water.
