Queso

Come on guys this is so basic… I am not sure why I am even bothering posting this, but I guess for sake of uniformity I will post a “recipe” for queso. If you can even call it a recipe. You would actually be surprised how many people from Cali have never heard of queso. My aunt is amazed by it for some strange reason. It is beyond me.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained

Directions

Oven:

Melt cheese over low heat, mix in tomatoes until warm. Transport to serving bowl or crock pot set to low to keep dip warm.

Serve with chips.

Microwave:

Mix ingredients in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.

Serve with chips.
